Captain Phoenix
The captain of a team of mercenaries with a mysterious past. With his family and closest friends at his side, he leads Blood Sky and her crew around the ocean fighting pirates and protecting the innocent. When he and his team get involved in a political assassination, he is dragged into the spotlight with enemies at all sides gunning for him.

Talon
The youngest of Phoenix’s three children, Talon heads the R&D team aboard Blood Sky. His inventions keep the team ahead of their enemies in all things tech and weapons related.

Warlord
Phoenix’s cousin whose as close to him as a brother. Standing at an impressive 6’9”, the giant of a man leads Blood Sky’s SOCIT commandos into the frontlines.

Kite and Swan
The twin daughters of Phoenix. Dr. Kite is the primary doctor on Blood Sky, making sure that her family and friends recover in between missions. Swan is the pilot of Lola and while she has no love for combat, her quick wit and reaction time has saved the crew of Blood Sky more times than one can count.

Falcon
The commander of Blood Sky's elite air group, the Ravens. Growing up on a farm in New America, Falcon took her family's old crop dusting hoverbikes and, with Talon and Swan's help, converted them into the armored aerial assault vehicles, Enduros. Her innate understanding of the Enduros has lead to the Enduro II's more sleeker design as well as being Blood Sky's top pilot.

Sandman
Arthur "Sandman" Simms was a Sergeant Major in the Marine Corps of New America when he decided to retire and follow his good friend and commander of Spec Ops and join Blood Sky. As the second in command of SOCIT, Sandman has a reputation for being ruthless and methodical, but still retains his salty sense of humor when off-duty.

Blood Sky
The Chinese Destroyer that the crew call home. Decommissioned before the Vapor Incursion, Phoenix upgraded the vessel into fighting form. With weapons new and old, Blood Sky is a ship ready to take on the dangers of the sea.

Lola
A King Stallion helicopter upgraded by Swan and Talon. Lola transports Blood Sky’s SOCIT and Ravens into missions with enough firepower to hold its own in combat.
New America

Vice President Harp
The Vice President of the Department of Homeland Security. She will do whatever it takes to make sure that New America is the world’s most advanced civilization, no matter who gets in her way.

Senator Kopensky
The Senator of Foreign Affairs and old friend of Captain Phoenix. His motivation to strengthen the relations between New America and other countries after the Blitz War leads to head a trade deal that brokers more than he expected.

Vice President O'Leary
The Vice President of the CIA. Before the Vapor Incursion he spent years working as one of the FBI’s top agents. Now with his new position and New America’s relationship with other countries being tenuous at best, O’Leary’s job to keep New America safe is never ending.

Vice President Clayton
The Vice President of the Department of Justice. While considered old fashioned, Clayton prefers having a balance between tradition and modernity. In the new age after the Vapor Incursion, he sees this balance crucial to his role as it allows him to see the good in people, as well the threats they can be to New America.

Vice President Mason
As the Senior Vice President of the Department of Defense, George Mason's job was to protect the vulnerable New America during the Blitz War. Despite his position, he still retains his compassion and rather than seeing the world as an enemy, looks to it for potential allies to side with New America.
Shangri-La

Emperor Li
The emperor of the enigmatic nation of Shangri-La, Emperor Li Jaw-Long and his country gained power and made advancements in technology quickly and quietly. Now with international tension rising, Emperor Li will have to bring his country into the light and be prepared to defend it.

Mei-Ling
The head of security for Shangri-La and the daughter of Emperor Li. Her position leads her to have an innate distrust in others but her loyalty to her country is second to none.

Blood Dragons
The primary aircraft of Shangri-La’s military. Faster than anything in the air and with weapons never before seen in the world, Shangri-La’s Blood Dragons destroy their enemies long before they even know they were there.

Knight Spear
Emperor Li’s personal superyacht. Despite seeming defenseless, Emperor Li sails the seas without an escort.

Yuso
Able to transport vehicles and commando squads at the same time, the Yuso dropships are a key component of Shangri-La’s military force.

Shogun Kenji
A long-time friend of Emperor Li who knew the man before the Vapor Incursion. A master of a variety of martial arts and a military tactician, Kenji will make sure that any and all potential threats to Shangri-La are removed before they become a problem.

Jun
Assistant to Senator Gash, Jun was sent to New America by her father to gain firsthand experience in politics. Despite being a Shangri-La native, Jun remains dedicated to her job in New America, even as it leads her into danger.
Thunder Island

King Aleki
The former chief of a flotilla of Somoan refugees became king of Thunder Island after being rescued by Captain Phoenix. With Phoenix's help, Aleki and his sons have worked tirelessly to turn an uninhabited island into a self-sustained paradise for those who lost their homes in the Vapor Incursion. His charisma and leadership experience turned thousands of refugees from different backgrounds into a unified community.

Malosi
The eldest prince of Thunder Island, Malosi is a former New American Marine who came to his father’s aid when Thunder Island was founded. While his strengths are in the defense of Thunder Island, he never forgets to care about the people.

Taito
The youngest prince of Thunder Island, Taito prefers to spend his days surfing at the beaches of Thunder Island than to be a politician. While this is his preference, he takes the role of prince seriously and looks for every opportunity to learn and grow.

Sir Patrick Maloney
The former owner of a cruise liner that took the Filipino refugees to Thunder Island. He acts as an advisor to King Aleki in regards to the buildings and architecture of Thunder island. His business acumen has helped keep Thunder Island afloat financially by helping King Aleki manage international and domestic commerce. When not settling accounts, he and his wife Annie enjoy sailing along Thunder Island’s coastline.

Boracay District

Refugees from the destroyed Philippines. They were one of the first refugees to be brought to Thunder Island after King Aleki and his people built a foundation. In remembrance of their home, they built the Boracay District in Harbor City. They brought out their individual specialties to play a role in the building of the Thunder Island nation.
